Even After Completing The Evaluation, Performance Document Still Shows That Its In Manager Evaluation Task (Doc ID 2704476.1)

Goal

After completing Employee evaluation, Manager has completed his evaluation and then SAVED it.
In the mean time, Manager change happened, so HR has transferred the document from Manager A to Manager B.
After the Transfer, Manager A and B both sat down with employee and completed the evaluation of the employee.

Employee and manager both received notifications as per the progress of the document.
Now when, HR is checking all the pending Performance Evaluations, This particular employee document is still showing as Pending in Manager Evaluation Task.
Even though in a case, when HR has transferred saved PD to new manager, in order to get to the next step, manager should have submitted the Manager evaluation task, other wise they would not have proceeded further.
