Is there way to specify AssociatedSegmentPriceLists at the same time when executing Create pricing strategies?

We have confirmed that there is no problem when run create pricing strategies first and then run Associated Segment PriceLists separately as following 2 steps. But we would like to specify AssociatedSegmentPriceLists at once when executing Create pricing strategies.

1. For creating Pricing Strategy, need to use POST operation to the URL: /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/pricingStrategies

2. Association to the Price Lists needs to be done as 2nd step using POST operation using URL:
/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/pricingStrategies/{PricingStrategyId}/child /associatedSegmentPriceLists
