Symptoms
Customer is trying to write a report that pulls in custom fields from service request while also pulling in the applicable employee information for the person who is opening the SR.
Using the Service - CRM Service Requests Real Time for most of the SR details fields but I am trying to link it to the Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time, but the results shows blank for Workforce Management columns.
