Symptoms

When attempting to assign application/module access within Cloud Administration, the following error occurs:

0 user(s) processed successfully, 1 user(s) failed.

Steps to replicate the Issue

1.  Login to Primavera Cloud Administration.
2.  Select an existing user or create new.
3.  Select modules/access.
4.  Click save and observe it fails with the reported error.
