ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Card component has been deleted from the Benefits and Pensions Card but the element entry remains on the record

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should have been removed when the component was removed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Card component deleted

2. Verify element entry
