Unable to create new DBSYSTEM from Existing Backup
Error reported:
Cannot create backup because your DB system is not set up to connect to OCI Object Storage. Ensure that your VCN is configured with an Internet Gateway, and that your subnet ocid1.subnet.oc1.phx<subnet> has a route table entry for connecting to the Internet Gateway.
