Unable to Access WebLogic Admin Console after a Two Node JCS Server Was Provisioned in Private Subnet (Doc ID 2706047.1)

Symptoms

After a two node JCS Service has been provisioned, where the Load Balancer Service is in the DMZ and the two JCS Servers are in a private subnet, it is not possible to access WLS Admin Console.
