Item Load Fails With Dimension Objects Already Exists Error (Doc ID 2706165.1)

Goal

Item load fails with below error in spite of having unique Item Supplier Country Dimension records.

Error: This dimension object already exists for the item-supplier-country of sourcing relationship.

Steps to reproduce:
--------------------------
1. Load an item from DC tool.
2. Make sure the item is linked to more than one supplier and you have ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY_DIM record for each of the supplier.
3. Note the item load fails with above validation even though the records are unique.
