Symptoms

Assign Driver Action Not brings the Drive "Back to Home" for "Work Assignment" shipments

The following parameters are set to get the driver back to home after "Work Assignment" shipment is completed
Parameter Set:
Get the Driver Home - TRUE
Fleet Optimization Logic Configuration
Get the Driver Home - TRUE

When trying to configure the driver set up on daily basis which returns home every day after 9 hours of drive time and 12 hours of work time.
Driver is not back to home on shipments. (no NFR stops were found back to home).
