Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, New Item Requests and Change Orders

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Null pointer exception received when NIR is being cancelled

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
NIR cancelled without error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manage New Item Request
2. Query the NIR
3. Select the NIR and from Actions drop down select "Cancel"
4. Provide remarks and hit ok.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot cancel NIRs.
