On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Receipt Accounting

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User is reconciling their May -19 period and they notice a large amount on their Receiving Inspection-clearing account


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting the account to balance

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. closed the period
2. run trial balance reports
3. Notice the large balance
