Collect Participant has CN-1575270 error. This is causing these employees from being imported.

Exception in program JBO-CN:::CN_SRPST_PART_DETAIL_DT_OVLP_E: <MESSAGE><NUMBER>CN-1575270</NUMBER><TEXT>Your changes cannot be saved. Participant detail effective dates cannot overlap.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS>Gaps may exist between the detail records but dates must still coincide with assignment dates.</DETAILS><INCIDENT></INCIDENT></MESSAGE>
STEPS
1. Setup Participant Selection Rules based on active Person Job Codes
2. Participant Assignments > Run All Participant Processes - with just "Get Participants" parameter
