ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Auto post criteria is not picking journal for posting.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Auto post criteria should pick journal for posting.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Auto post criteria
2. Create Journal
3. Run posting process with auto post criteria.
