Goal
The Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) values do not get synchronized whenever Purchase Order (PO) or Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)
is created based on the Negotiation (RFQ / RFI) or vice-versa.
Users have created few DFFs at BPA line level to store values as required.
When create a Negotiation from a BPA, RFQ is created in Sourcing module copying line level information.
Requirement is for :
- Values stored in DFF of BPA lines also need to be populated automatically to corresponding Negotiation DFF respectively.
- When a Negotiation (RFQ) is awarded it is resulted into a BPA or PO and the values stored in DFF of negotiation lines should also be populated automatically to corresponding DFFs at BPA/PO line level DFFs.
