Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics
When attempting to schedule a BIP report,
the following error occurs.

Format does not match with date: M-d-yyyy, value: 9-0-2020
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the report in the catalog
2. Select the Schedule option for the report
3. The error message comes up
