Goal

When creating a Person Profile or registering through the Student Storefront, receive errors:

  1. Error when creating person via Create Person Profile: "Error: User couldn't be created. Try again later."
  2. Error when registering via the Student Storefront: "An error occurred during processing. Contact your help desk. (HEY-5190240)"
