Fusion Global HR: Approval Notifications Not Appearing For Line Managers (Doc ID 2707926.1)

Symptoms

Issue: Unable to view the content of information in Notification page

Steps:

  1. Login as Line Manager
  2. My Team > Quick Actions > Promote
  3. Search for and select a worker
  4. Progress through and complete the Promote workflow
  5. Notification trigger to next level manager
  6. Next level manager is not able to see the content of the notification

Note: We tried to open the transaction directly in BIP, but received the error below:
ORA-00904: "FUSION"."PER_BIPNTF_FLEX"."GETATTRIBUTESFORCOMPAREDATA": invalid identifier
