ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Receipts are not created after running Create Automatic Receipts
Few Invoices were not picked up when creating Receipts, whereas all the other eligible invoice are getting picked while running Create Automatic Receipts Process.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should create receipts for all eligible invoices.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Create Automatic Receipts process.
