When creating DB System in OCI, you get the error "No Shapes available". But there are enough OCPU resources and shapes available in the limit and quota page.
Goal
Not able to create db systems in OCI. Getting error "No shapes available" even though there are enough ocpus and shapes available in limits and quota page.
