(Doc ID 2708473.1)
Last updated on JANUARY 16, 2024
Applies to:
Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud Service - Version 11.13.20.01.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
Can an external system be used as the source for pricing documents that are created in Fusion?
For example, can the Pricing Master data be maintained in an external system like CPQ and use this as the source when creating documents such as subscription contracts, service requests etc., in Fusion. That is, make an external call to CPQ for pricing, instead of an internal call to Fusion Pricing while pricing the documents. The expectation is to have this design for the below modules:
a) Subscription Contracts
b) Service Logistics
c) Field service and Sales cloud modules
