Partner Transaction Extract Ending in Error LOOKUP_TYPE ='ZX_OPTIN_OPTIONS' and LOOKUP_CODE='REFLECT_ON' does not exist (Doc ID 2708914.1)

Goal

When users run PARTNER TRANSACTION DATA EXTRACT job the ess process is failing with the error message in the log file LOOKUP_TYPE ='ZX_OPTIN_OPTIONS' and LOOKUP_CODE='REFLECT_ON' does not exist
Number of childRequestIds : 2
. This message infers that users should do the following

 

Navigate to Manage Standard Lookups task
Search for lookup type ZX_OPTIN_OPTIONS

Click on + icon to define Look up Type ZX_OPTIN_OPTIONS (If not available)
Lookup Type: ZX_OPTIN_OPTIONS
Meaning: Look up type for look up codes used for Dev Opt-in and Opt-out.
Description: Look up type for look up codes used for Dev Opt-in and Opt-out
Module: Tax
Click on + icon to define Look up code PTNR_REFLECT_OFF
Enter Start date as 01/01/2020
Provide the meaning as PTNR_REFLECT_OFF

and Save it

Re-test the issue

However the steps will not resolve the issue. The error message It is just an information. Do not get misled by this as an error. It just indicates that the Optin/lookup has not be setup/defined (not an error). This message has no relation and is not the cause for the PTDE Job failure
