On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Profile Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After 20C upgrade the Personal Interest Level field of Competency is displayed as text, not an LOV

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
According to release notes - Now the Personal Interest Level in the Competency template is displayed as a List of Values (LOV).
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Content Sections >> Competencies
2. Go to Personal Interest Level >> field type is Text
