Send Integration Agent Action Not Creating Outbound Transactions (Doc ID 2709604.1)

Symptoms

Outbound Integration is triggered via a Agent Action.
The Agent is of type - Tracking Event and looks for tracking event received & performs a outbound to a External System
This action is Not triggering any outbound transmissions.

No errors/exceptions seen in the Logs


When a outbound integration is performed manually via Shipment >>Actions>>Shipment Management>>Utilities>>Send Interface Transmission, it is successful

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Tracking Event Agent triggers a planned shipment outbound action
2. No outbound integration transmissions created
