Symptoms
The Pick Slip and Pack reports show customer information entered on the sales order header. The user has changed the customer information on the Sales Order Line and this should be shown on the reports.
Users may change customer bill to ship to Customer on the order line as required. OM pushes the data to Shipping module with these updated details. The Pick Slip and Pack reports show data from the Order header sold to party instead of Bill To an Ship To customer values on the order lines.
