On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Manage Benefits

Eligibility profile is not working

We have an eligibility profile at the program level to check for employees assignment status. This eligibility profile doesn't seem to be working if there is a lower level eligibility profile is satisfying the criteria.


Previous assignment ended on 6/6/2020
New assignment started on 6/6/2020
Life event run as of 6/22/2020, the systems is making both the assignments eligible. Only the active assignment should be eligible as per eligibility profile attached to the program.
