Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Setup and Configuration

When attempting to update employees bank accounts using API. This bank accounts are already assigned to a different party (which could be a supplier or a different person party if the account is shared, e.g. a joint account).

You must provide a value for the OwnerPersonId attribute.
