Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Receipt Accounting
When attempting to create a trade operation with a template ,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

A connection to the server has failed. (status=504)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receipt Accounting
2. Landed Cost -> Manage trade operations
3. create trade operation with template
