Unable To Create Customer Account in Agent Console (Doc ID 2710995.1)

Support Agent is not able to create a customer account with specific email (for. e.g in agent console. After entering the First Name, Last Name & Email details, the following error is displayed in UI:

An internal error occurred while processing input request.


Merchant has verified that there is no existing profile with the same email via UI and endpoint /ccagent/v1/profiles.
