Is There Any Global Settings To Unmerge Cells/Rows Only When Exporting An Analysis To Excel (Doc ID 2711120.1)

In OAC [Oracle Managed], report values/data is not repeating for the columns in Excel after exporting. The Value Suppression is set to 'Suppress' in report column properties, then cells that span rows and cells that span columns aren’t repeated.

The below setting change in instanceconfig.xml will help to achieve it globally in on-premise and in OAC [Customer Managed] environments. Refer the document - How To Unmerge Cells After Exporting To Excel When The Cells Are Merged In Answers? (Doc ID 1930660.1)

Is there any way to achieve this global setting in OAC [Oracle Managed] ?
