SOA Suite Cloud Service - Version N/A and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
The SOACS server certificate used for Identity has expired (ie the Valid To date has now passed).
A new version of the certificate, with a new Valid To date, has therefore been provided by the Public Certificate Authority (CA).
This is a non-OTD environment, so the new valid certificate needs to be imported into the SOACS KSS.
However when importing the new version of the certificate (or associated certificate chain), the certificate import fails with:
JPS-06545: The expected keystore entry with alias "<myalias>" either does not exist or is not of the specified keystore entry type for keystore "<mykeystore>" in stripe "<mystripe>".
