Importing User-defined Preferences - Cannot Import Values for FND_NUMBER_FORMAT (Doc ID 2711308.1)

Goal

 

 

Importing the user-defined preferences for users.  
Have uploaded File in  File Import and Export, and via Manage Administrator Profile Options > Actions > Import

However, getting an error on the FND_NUMBER_FORMAT alone.
All other profiles are updated or created successfully.



Steps to Reproduce

a. Prepare Data input file [Import_ath6.csv]

FND_TERRITORY|USER|ath.CB|India
FND_DATE_FORMAT|USER|ath.CB|31/01/1999
FND_CURRENCY|USER|ath.CB|Indian Rupee
FND_TIMEZONE|USER|ath.CB|Kolkata
FND_LANGUAGE|USER|ath.CB|American English
"FND_NUMBER_FORMAT|USER|ath.CB|-1234,567"
FND_GROUPING_SEPARATOR|USER|ath.CB|Comma
FND_DECIMAL_SEPARATOR|USER|ath.CB|Period
FND_TIME_FORMAT|USER|ath.CB|1:30 PM

b.  Load the data input file via Navigator > Tools  > File Import and Export >  in search results click on + icon to load new file >
File = choose file location of Import_ath6.csv
Account = setup/functionalSetupManager/import
Save and close

c. Navigator > Tools > Setup and Maintenance >
search task = Manage Administrator Profile Values > scroll down to Profile Values >
Actions > Import > in the "Import User Profile values" popup, choose
Account = setup/functionalSetupManager/import
Profile Values File =  Import_ath6.csv -  type in same name
click on Upload

d. The Import completes in error
ERROR: ERROR processing the
record:"FND_NUMBER_FORMAT|USER|ath|-1234,567"
ERROR: ERROR description:Invalid Profile Option Code : "FND_NUMBER_FORMAT
