Symptoms

The request to publish jobs endpoint from Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) returns a 404 error from Oracle Content and Experience Cloud (OCE).

Specifically the endpoint is: https://<oce-service-url>/content/management/api/v1.1/jobs/publishjobs/...

This endpoint is called as part of the Cloud Commerce integration.
