Goal

Privileges for Item Catalogs and Profile Type on My Client Group > Profile

Logged in user is having Human Resource Specialist Role but when clicking on My Client Group > Profile they did not find Item catalog and Profile Type.

What privileges to show this Item Catalogs and Profile Type on the Profiles menu?
