How to fix "Applying List binding LOV_CategoryId with given set of values leads to no matching row for a row of type :ServiceRequestRest, key oracle.jbo.Key" when creating Service Request with Postman? (Doc ID 2711802.1)

Goal

On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Service Request

Category is not getting updated on next gen service center create and edit pages

In redwood service center , the category doesn’t work based on the BU selected. It works fine in Classic

It throws below error when a BU is changed and a category is selected and saved
