Issue with re-screening of parties, screening status changed to Not a match from Escalated
Status should not be changed after the re-screening .
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform a re-screening of an existing party
2. Status changed to RESTRICTED PARTY SCREENING_VALID.
