ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After 20B upgrade we noticed that few employees are unable to edit their personal payment method as the bank details not appearing in edit mode. can you please let me know what need to be done for this.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Users should be able to update Bank details.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to edit PPM
2. Bank Details page appear Blank
