ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When running min max, there is still quantity populated in the supply column even after the requisitions were cancelled.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If the requisitions which created that incoming supply are cancelled, there should not be any numbers shown in the supply column.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run min max and cancel requisitions which were generated
2. Run min max again but select to not have requisitions created
3. witness the supply column hasnt removed the incoming supply, despite cancelling the requisitions

Due to this issue, users cannot use min max accurately
