Goal

How can user preview document/attachment instead of downloading in PD and PIM?


How can user add attachment to item in PD?


Describe the Issue in Detail:

In PD, for ECO, user is unable to preview ECO attachment documents (pdf, xlsx, doc).
User is only able to download to view the attachment.

In PD, Manage Items, user is only able to preview picture attachments. User can only download pdf, xlsx, doc files.
