ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to create 'Create Transfer to Owned Transaction'
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As Onhand exists, customer should be able to create Create Transfer to Owned Transaction
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to Inventory Management
2. Click on Create Transfer to Owned Transaction
3. Search for a record. Search screen shows Onhand record.
4. Create Transfer to Owned Transaction shows available Onhand as Zero.
