Goal
When Accounts Payable (AP) closed in month end, users can run Create Accounting before the GL is open, the accounting just
does not post until General Ledger (GL) is open.
However when close Cost Accounting, and try to run Create Cost Distribution Accounting or Create Receipt Distribution Accounting,
the requests have errors and nothing is transferred to the GL.
Why is it not possible to run Create Cost/Receipt Distribution Accounting and Create Accounting for Receipts and Costing
before the GL is open - like Accounts Payable can?
