Goal

Once an employee submits a Timecard, line manager receive a notification. Now, if Time admin approves the timecard via My client Groups>Time management> Team Timecard before line manager can approve, the notification doesn't get removed from Line manager's bell notifications or worklist. Tried running The Synchronize Notifications in Global Header process but notifications are not removed. Moreover, the issue becomes more challenging if the line manager clicks on reject timecard gets rejected too. Why notification doesn't remove when Time Admin approve time card before Line Manager?
