When attempting to Import Purchase Orders with 1000 Headers Process Going to Retrying status and does not complete or Error
Unless cancelled ESS Server Logs show below error

Error:
Message Execution error for request 473191. Reason: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare CSV file with Order details
2. Load file for Import which Completes successfully
3. Run Import Orders Process which is going to Retrying status
