Modified File is not reflecting changes neither publishing queue nor Storefront (Doc ID 2713928.1)

Any Widget file that has been modified does not trigger a publish item and changes are not reflected in the storefront.

Only happens when total file size is less than 2 KB.

This could be:

- JS file changes in the widget not reflected with the minified file.

- Changes in the styling sheet.

- Changes in the html widget template
