Build Trade Transaction Action Throws an error "ORA-00001: unique constraint(GLOGOWNER.PK_GTM_TRANSACTION_VALUE) violated"
Unable to Create Trade Transaction from shipment with two base cost
Shipment in OTM is having two base cost.
Depend on rate record cost setup on equipment based,shipment contains two different Equipments so OTM allocated two Base cost for each equipment type.
For Example:
Equipment 1 : 40 FT CONTAINER
Equipment 2 : 20 FT CONTAINER
Data configuration is defined with setup
Header - Header
cost type - Base
Target Value qualifier - INTL FREIGHT
When trying to create Trade Transaction from shipment, OTM throws an error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Shipment > GTM Trade Management > Build Trade Transaction
