Symptoms
Users are facing an error while drilling down to a quote under opportunity.
Getting error on CPQ page when try to drill down to below quote under the opportunity mentioned below and quote is not opening. It happens only for some Opportunities.
ERROR

Could not perform Action: Open Quote
During commerce integration Process ID: 36353438, Name: OSC - Opp Import
An error occured while communicating with the partner site.
Error message from the partner site:
JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.RowLimitExceededWarning, msg=JBO-25089: Too many matching records found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Sales > Opportunities > Edit Opportunity
2. Go to Quotes subtab > Open Quote > Getting Error
