On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Journals and Intercompany

Unable to assign Supplier in Intercompany Customer and Supplier Association

The business have multiple Intercompany Organization assigned to LE.
When setting up the Intercompany Customer Supplier Association, we can only assign a Customer for a specific Intercompany Organization but not a Supplier.
Supplier field is only available if the Interco Organization selected if All.

May I know the logic behind this why we can't setup a Supplier for individual Interco Organization?
What will be the work around in order to address this type of scenario which requires invoices created from AGIS.
