Unable To Save Updates To Existing Transmission Configuration In 20C (Doc ID 2713990.1)

Symptoms

Post 20C upgrade, users are unable to save updates to existing transmission configuration. After updates are made, when clicking save, one of the following behavior is seen:

1. Screen refreshes but updates are not saved
2. Error thrown about invalid PGP key password (whether PGP keys are used or not)

Issue only happens when user tries to update existing transmission configuration. User will be able to create and save new transmission configuration with out any issues.

Primary impact of the issue will be post P2T. Users will not be able to update transmission configuration and replace production transmission details.
