PRC:PO: Change Order Has Been Approveds And Still In Pending Approval (Doc ID 2714104.1)

Goal

Change order has been approved from all users and still with pending approval.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create CO and submit for approval
2. Approve CO
3. CO still showing pending approval status.

ERROR MESSAGE
