Symptoms
We created new accounts in OCE and are using REST API to extract the USER ID of the account for our integrations.
https://company.oraclecloud.com/documents/api/1.2/users/items?info=JSMITH
However, we cannot get the USER ID data. This works fine for existing users.
Changes
This only affect newly created users.
