Data Gateway Configuration Failed With Error "JobPoller: Connected And Returned With Status: 404" (Doc ID 2714205.1)

Symptoms

The below steps are followed for OAC  data gateway configuration.

  1. Recently patched OAC from 5.7 to 5.8.
  2. Installed the Data Gateway successfully.
  3. Configured Data Gateway and OAC Console.
  4. When trying to create a database connection, an invalid host name error appears after about two minutes of waiting.
  5. Log in Data Gateway admin tool shows the following error occurring multiple times.
